Opening a New or Rollover Traditional/Roth IRA
Please read and carefully follow each step of the procedures listed below for all new traditional and Roth IRA accounts.

| Step 1: |
Download, carefully read, and complete all sections of the IRA Application, with the exceptions of the Custodian Name box and IRA Account Identification box.
Please also print out and carefully read the Traditional IRA Custodial Account Agreement and Disclosure Agreement, or Roth IRA Custodial Account Agreement and Disclosure Agreement, along with the Privacy Notice and keep them for your records.

| Step 2: |
Sign and date the application where indicated, including spouse's signature if applicable, and have signatures witnessed. Notarized signatures are not required.

| Step 3: |
Mail the copy of the Traditional IRA or Roth IRA application to the address below, along with your check (payable to "Aegis Value Fund"). The minimum initial investment is $4,000 for new IRA accounts. The minimum for subsequent investment is $1,000.

| Step 4: |
For any employer-sponsored plan rollovers (pension, profit-sharing, 401(k), ESOP, etc.) follow steps 1-3, then have the trustee of your current plan mail us a check payable to "Aegis Value Fund," referencing your name and Social Security Number.

UMB Bank serves as custodian for our direct IRA accounts. UMB Bank charges each IRA account an annual fee of $15.00. In addition, UMB charges an account termination fee of $15.00.
